This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is associated with your use of the 100CUCI platform and account, and the purpose each piece of information serves. It covers the account, the cashier, and the support interactions you use as a 100CUCI player.
This policy covers the personal information connected to opening and using a 100CUCI account: what is requested when you register, how your account is verified and accessed, and what is involved when you use the cashier or contact support. It does not extend beyond the platform itself. If you follow 100CUCI on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube or TikTok, your activity there is governed by each of those platforms’ own privacy practices, not by this policy.
Opening a 100CUCI account means providing four pieces of information: your full name, your mobile number, a password you choose, and an optional referrer code.
Your full name identifies your account, and because it must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet you use to fund and withdraw from your balance, it is also what keeps a payment moving cleanly between your account and your bank in both directions. Your mobile number is both your primary means of contact and, together with your password, what you use to sign in. Your password protects access to your account and should be treated as confidential. The referrer code is optional and exists only to record whether an existing player referred you; if nobody referred you, it is left blank.
When you register, a verification code is sent by SMS to the mobile number you provide, and entering it is required to complete registration. This step confirms that the number belongs to a real, contactable person, and it establishes that number as your recovery route if you later lose access to your account. Once your account is active, you sign in with your mobile number or username together with your password. A Remember Me option is available for devices you use regularly, and a Forgot Password option is available if you cannot recall your password; both rely on the same registered mobile number.
Funding your account and requesting a withdrawal both happen through the cashier, and both necessarily involve information connected to the payment method you choose. Depositing works through QR Code, Telco Pin, Online Transfer or International Transfer, and withdrawing works through FPX, Touch n Go, GrabPay or DuitNow; whichever route you use, the details relevant to completing that specific transaction are part of processing it. Payment brands identifiable in the cashier and footer include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB and RHB, alongside telco reload brands including Celcom, Digi, Hotlink and U Mobile; using any of these to fund or withdraw necessarily involves the details specific to that channel. Because your account name must match the name on the receiving bank account or e-wallet, that match is what a withdrawal is checked against, which is the reason the name on your account matters beyond simple identification.
Your account keeps a record of your own activity, viewable within the interface as your account History. This lets you review your own deposits, withdrawals and play directly, without needing to request that information separately.
The 100CUCI footer displays marks from iTech Labs, BMM Testlabs, TST and iovation. These relate to independent testing of the games and the platform’s systems. They are not a data-protection certification and should not be read as one; this policy does not rely on them for any claim about how your information is handled.
Livechat is available directly from the 100CUCI interface and is described on the platform as available 24/7. Anything you share during a Livechat conversation, such as details of a transaction or an account issue, is used to address that specific request.
Because your registered name is checked against your payment details every time you withdraw, keeping it accurate from the moment you register is one of the most useful things you can do to keep your account trouble-free. The same applies to your mobile number: it is your identifier, your login credential and your recovery route all at once, so it is worth keeping current and accessible to you.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for not sharing your account access with anyone else, including someone who contacts you claiming to represent support. Because your mobile number is also your recovery route, keeping access to that number secure matters just as much as keeping your password secure. If you believe someone else has gained access to your account or your registered number, treat it as urgent and raise it through Livechat.
If you have a question about the personal information associated with your account, Livechat, available directly from the 100CUCI interface, is the route to raise it.
