100CUCI Customer Service and Help Centre

Most people open this page because something is not working right now. This is the fast route: find your problem below, and go straight to the page or the tool that resolves it.

Two support entry points exist inside the 100CUCI platform itself. Livechat sits in the interface menu and the site states it is available 24/7. The User Guide, also in the menu, covers how the platform works if you would rather find the answer yourself than wait in a chat. Alongside those, the pages linked below handle the specific tasks that generate the most questions.

Start here: match your problem to the right place

What is happeningWhere to go first
Cannot log in, password not workingThe recovery steps below, then Livechat if access is still blocked
Creating a new account, verification code issuesThe registration steps below

Everything in that table is expanded below, with the detail that usually decides whether you need a human at all.

Account access problems

Login trouble is a common reason to reach out, and it is also one of the problems most easily fixed without contacting anyone. The login form accepts your registered mobile number or username with a password of 6 to 20 characters, and a Forgot Password link sits on the same screen for a self-service reset. If you are typing the wrong length of password or using a different number from the one you registered with, that is usually the whole issue.

If Forgot Password doesn’t resolve it, revisit the login page once more before opening a chat, checking the mobile number and password carefully for a stray space or an autocorrect change. If the reset itself fails, or you no longer have access to the mobile number tied to the account, that is the point where Livechat becomes the right move, because it involves the account record rather than the form.

Keep your registered mobile number in front of you when you start that conversation. It is the identifier the account is built around, and having it ready saves a round trip.

Registration and verification

New accounts are created with a Full Name, Mobile No and Password, an optional Referrer Code, and an SMS verification code requested with the GET CODE button before you submit with REGISTER. Malaysia signups use the +60 country code and the platform is 18 and over.

One field causes more downstream problems than all the others: the Full Name entry carries an on-screen note that it must match the name on your bank account. Mobile verification is standard practice for account security and recovery, so an unverified number tends to block things later rather than immediately. If the form is rejecting your details or the code has not arrived, double-check both of those first on the registration page before trying again.

Deposit questions

Before you ask anyone about a deposit, check which channel you used, because the answer usually depends on it. The cashier offers four labelled routes: QR Code for e-wallet or bank, Telco Pin for a telco reload, Online Transfer covering e-wallet, bank or ATM, and International Transfer. The minimum deposit is RM1.00, and the cashier includes a Refresh control alongside Deposit and Withdraw.

If a transfer has gone out and the RM balance has not updated, hit Refresh first, then check the channel-specific steps on the deposit page, which covers the supported payment brands and what each channel needs from you.

When you do need Livechat for a cashier issue, have the specifics ready: the channel you used, the amount, and the time you sent it. A vague report takes longer to resolve than a precise one.

Withdrawal questions

Withdrawals have two published numbers worth knowing before you chase anything. The minimum withdrawal is RM25.00, and the site states processing takes 15 to 30 minutes once a request is approved. If you are inside that window, the answer is normally to wait.

The other common cause of a stalled cash-out is a name mismatch. As a general rule across Malaysian payment rails, a payout moves cleanly when the receiving account holder’s name matches the account it is being paid into, which is why that Full Name note at signup matters. Available rails include FPX, Touch n Go, GrabPay and DuitNow.

The request flow and what each rail expects are set out on the withdrawal page. Go there first, then bring anything unresolved to Livechat.

Bonus and promotion questions

Promotion questions split into three types, and only one of them usually needs support.

The first type is what an offer is worth. That is published: the New Register Free offer is RM5 with no deposit required, credited after phone verification, and the Slot Free Credit welcome offer runs up to RM100 on a matched deposit with 3x turnover. The second type is conditions. Turnover simply means the amount you need to stake before a bonus balance can convert, and a low multiple like 3x is easier to clear than a high one. Both of these are answered in full on the Bonuses page in the menu above, along with the recurring rewards, the VIP Ranking track and the Cuci King leaderboard.

If you are specifically chasing no-deposit and recurring credit offers, the Free Kredit page in the menu above lists each one with its value and conditions.

The third type is a credit that has not appeared after you believe you qualified. That one is account-specific, so it belongs in Livechat, with the promotion name and the deposit or action you are claiming against.

App and download help

The 100CUCI app is available for Android and iOS, promoted through the download banner and a Download App entry in the interface menu. There is also one app-specific reward evidenced: Free Credit 365 App at RM2.

Installation questions are handled on the App page in the menu above. If the app is installed but you cannot sign in, treat it as an access problem and use the login route above instead, because the credentials are the same account either way.

Games and lobby questions

Lobby questions are usually a matter of knowing where things live. The primary category tabs are Slot Game, Jackpot Game, Hot Game, Fast Game, Live Game and Sportsbook, with a Tembak Ikan fishing arcade, cock fighting and e-sports sections also present. Studios in the lobby include JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and Playtech, along with the app-era brands 918Kiss and Mega888, and live tables from Evolution, AE Sexy and Allbet.

If a specific game will not load, connection quality is worth ruling out first, particularly for live dealer streams, which depend on a stable connection far more than reels do. The User Guide in the interface menu covers how the sections work. Anything that looks like a genuine fault on a specific title is worth raising in Livechat with the game and studio named.

Check Announcement before you ask

The interface carries an Announcement area in its menu. Platform notices are posted there, which makes it the quickest check for any question that starts with whether something is currently running or currently available. A lot of promotion and availability questions are already answered in that panel before a chat is ever needed.

Reaching Livechat

Livechat is reached from inside the 100CUCI interface rather than through a separate contact form, so you need to be on the platform to open it. The site describes it as available 24/7.

Before you start, gather the three things that make any support conversation shorter: your registered mobile number, the exact issue including amounts and timestamps where money is involved, and the precise wording of any on-screen message you are seeing. Screenshots of an error help for the same reason.

On social, 100CUCI maintains Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube and TikTok accounts. Those are useful for following the brand, including its ambassador campaign with seven-time world snooker champion Ronnie O’Sullivan, but account and cashier matters belong in Livechat rather than a public comment thread.

Livechat and the User Guide both sit inside the 100CUCI interface, so open the platform to reach them.
